The Small Print

The trial period starts when you set up your subscription after your account is activated.

Account activation is mostly automated, but if you're a UK or EU business, it depends on having a valid VAT number. UK and EU customers must have a VAT number. Xdebug Cloud is currently not available to UK and EU private customers.

During the trial period you will be able to create a maximum of three connection tokens, which means three concurrent users.

Invoices are in GBP and payment is handled through our payment provider, Stripe. VAT is added for UK customers.

Accounts are suspended when a payment could not be taken.

If you do not want to continue using Xdebug Cloud beyond the trial period, you should cancel your subscription on your Billing page, or you can reach out to support@xdebug.cloud before the trial is over.

Once your subscription is active, your account can create as many user connection tokens as are included with your package. If you don't want to wait for your trial period to be over to receive and pay the invoice and have access to create more user connection tokens, please reach out to support@xdebug.cloud, or cancel your trial on your Billing page.

If during your subscription period you realise that you would like more user tokens, please contact support@xdebug.cloud.
